Restaurant Worker / Designer / Marketing

Some servers and bartenders prefer to use a nickname rather than their real name.

Although it may appear phony, there is more to it.

As servers and bartenders, we have served a large number of individuals throughout the day and week.

Some restaurant employees choose to divide their job and personal lives.

Some of them have a true name that is difficult to pronounce or unusual. It doesn't feel right when the server tells you their name and then sticks with the pronunciation for 10 minutes.

It does indeed ruin the atmosphere. Also, we serve a diverse range of people, and it is safer for us to protect ourselves from the creeps.
