Just keep trying, I’ve had to stay on hold for over 2 hrs only to have it hang up in my face at 5:00 pm sharp BUT also called and went straight through to an agent j.s May the force be with you!

Go to your state's DOL site and click on CHECK MY CLAIM STATUS. Don't bother calling. Theyare bogged down and u won't get through..

If you have their email address, the best thing will be to reach the office through that means. Most offices have less human personnel to take calls.

@Earl Drakeford If you've exhausted all the communication options that your state offers, you may want to consider contacting your state rep. These politicians care about your vote and are responsible for making sure that government services are working for the people (i.e. YOU). Elyssa wrote a great article with step by step instructions on how best to reach out to your state rep. Hope this helps - and keep us posted.
