I would say A, C, and F (fitness benefits). I think professional development is important too but if I have the other things taken care of then I can focus on professional development on my own time.
Having a wellbeing subsidy of some sort. Health and fitness is so important, especially when working from home, and having your company support your endeavors to improve your well-being should be a top priority!
A, B and F (Other) - Vacation time off because work/life balance is important. Employees don’t realize that running yourself into the ground never getting vacation time off is huge. You need a mental break from home, family & sometimes even with.
A is most important & B is very important but younger workers never think about retirement but they should.
They don’t realize that as they get closer to age 40-50, many companies start voluntary layoffs then mandatory layoffs or departmental reorganizations in order to bring in younger, college grad, new workers often taking their jobs for half the price. It’s a sneaky way companies help their bottom line.
So while younger workers are thrilled to get that higher paying job, they should focus on personal savings, taken some personal time off for work-life balance & never forget retirement might be forced upon them (earlier than they planned).
A. is important at any age. B, C, D, E depends on where an individual is in their career.
Health is essential to be the best i can be at my performance
A and C
I think all of the above
