The hardest part of transitioning to working from home is the separation of work and home life. As you are always in the place you work, it tends to blend together. This can get in the way of relaxing and enjoying your home life as work is always staring you in the face. If you do it, create a separate place for your work desk/PC/ETC. This will allow you to close it off and create the separation

The hardest part of transitioning from an office position to a remote position was creating my own website from a pre-existing one. The rest has been a piece of cake.
