Have operated heavy equipment most of my life and I enjoy every minute of it #jobsearch #motivation #interview

Take less money than you deserve, don't get in physical fights, and have a deeper motivation than what's on the surface of the job [career or job?]. If you break something, report it, remember that other people break stuff too.

Experience , motivation, and personality are the keys to success in this trade. Never feel that you know everything , because you don't. I have been operating for 57 years now and I learn something new everyday

@Ronald Burr I did a little research and I found some key skills to make someone better at operating heavy machinery.
Interpersonal and teamwork skills, coordination, operation monitoring, problem solving and critical thinking, advancing through education, and mentorship through other professionals. I hope this will help you in the future. Best of luck.

It's legal now. You can't come go to work loaded and you can't smoke during your shift. That's it.

Get really good at interviewing and have a resume that highlights your experience. Honestly, your interview is really going to be the deciding factor. If thet conclude from the interview that they like you and your personality, they will probably extend you an offer.
Learn all you can about different equipment as I did for 4 years with working with the County, I was considered County wide as I would assist other crews in which they needed assistance.
