I feel it's a failed communication process that needs to change. People fill out hundreds of applications to hear nothing or why not chosen for a position. That needs to stop. The employers need more accountability to applicants that spend time, money, and travel on getting hired to not hear anything is a poor excuse from employers. I feel all bridges mean something even if a candidate is not the choice but networking with them building a rapport may help the employer as well as the applicant. The sharing of applications in the community. Yes, being specific for a job but not overwhelming the applicants. Employers know they will train all applicants how they want things done so stop with the overabundance of requirements for applicants too!!!

Allow your performance and promotion opportunities be based on your ability.

Do you have a company web site?

I dispatch mechanics to the jobs at 16 mechanics under me then I also later on I started my own mobile crane inspection business. I have a pretty special business for 11 years at 67. I retired and moved to Arizona, but I have a good background and finding the answer to many many questions.
