Do you like the idea of a hybrid remote role or do you prefer things be one way or the other?
After the 2020 mask wearing contest and hand sanitizer challenge, agile and innovative businesses adapted their policies to be more hybrid and many have since pivoted their business model to do without the office altogether. Businesses learned that employee performance is actually better when they get those hours back that they used to spend in rush hour twice a work day. They also saw a much lower amount of fixed costs in their financial statements.
Remoto
Remote
I'd prefer remote or hybrid remote but anything works. I was a store manager for a retal store for 2.5 I reported one of my assistant managers multiple times had 17 writeups for her including absences, callouts safety blocking emergency exists doing drugs on the job and claimed hr won't do anything because she's lesbian and she was right I reported my dm and hr rep to our 3rd party hr and they said she should have been termed a long time ago I went to the 3rd party auditors about it after submitting for termination my hr kicked it back said not enough 3rd party auditor said she should have been terminated after the 3rd they terminated her and my hr termed me. I'm in an at will state so they can term me at any time. With or without reason which is justification for me to be termed dbutbnot a drug addicted assistant manager whi leaves store unsecured at the end of night, safe unlocked and open all night, blocks both the emergency exit and back freight room doors which they have terminated multiple people for on the first offense but and im quoting verbatim of what the my assistant said. Its because she a lesbian that dollar tree won't do anything.
Yes me also it doesn’t matter at the moment
Remote or hybrid
Remote or Hybrid works for me.
I'm ok with a combination of remote and work in setting positions
