How will working at Dunkin' Donuts help me grow a career?
It will help grow your career by teaching you that working a meaningless job should give you the motivation to go back to school and learn to do something with some importance like a doctor a lawyer ,a chef even, learn an important trade like welding or plumbing. Do something with your life. But if Dunkin is the best you can do for now they have a variable schedule that should give you time to go back to school! Surely you know there is no future for you at Dunkin even if you learn to make the Donuts. It doesn’t matter use your time wisely go to college and you won’t regret it. Dunkin is a good job for after school.

Working at DD can help you grow a career in many types of work, you will build multiple skills, be it improved multitasking, money handling, thinking on your toes, working quickly and then some. You absolutely can move up in positions within your local shop and if not you can branch out to a nearby one to fill open positions, and if you decide you don’t want to continue with that specific line of work the majority of skills you will develop absolutely carry over to other types of jobs (Dunkin’ almost 7 years to trailer manufacturing here and what I developed at Dunkin’ work very well with what I do now)
Well, when i worked at Dunkin, I noticed it was very possible for you to go up positions. You can go from a crew member to a shift lead and then go up from there.
