Walmart is a great place to work. Their benefits are good and the pay is competitive. Once there, you become part of a big family. You'll meet so many different kinds of people from all over the world. They want you to be you. So can have your tattoos, piercings etc. Within reason too, you can dress how you want.

It sounds like they want to hire Responsible employees only. Ones that can actually do their work and be a team player instead of riding on the backs of their fellow co-workers.

Actually Walmart is a sweat shop, at least in Oregon. They fired all their greeters who had disabilities and treat their employees like dirt.

More Walmart employees need to be more friendly as far helping customers besides just stocking.

At walmart if you miss the whole day you get a point. If you miss half a day you get a half point. If you're a no call no show thats 2 to 3 points. At 5 you're fired.

Decent answer Carpenter, but understand, you will not rise above your position. If you need this for a second job, do what's necessary to not be counseled.
