This is a tricky question because it depends on your personal priorities. However, I would recommend focusing on the opportunities and benefits that the position at Hobby Lobby can offer you, rather than just the compensation or time off. During the interview, you could ask questions about training and career development opportunities, work-life balance, and company culture. Additionally, it's important to research and compare Hobby Lobby's benefits with other employers, using resources like Jobcase to help with your job search. Ultimately, you should consider what is most important to you and how the job at Hobby Lobby can align with your goals and values.

I would say more money. Money is key to your survival. But when you look at the life to work balance. Your life has to come first. You have to be happy with what you do for a living. You also have to be able to know when to let go of work when your off or at home. Thats why I refer to it as life to work balance. I also have a small business where I paint and craft. It would be great to be able to just do my small business. But let's be real. So you have to live in the moment. Keep it all separate if you can. I don't really even look at my phone on weekends.. thats my time for me or my family and I to spend time together. I barely take pictures on my phone then too. Just in the moment. But I can't do any of this without my bills paid and money
