I was hired with no experience behind the wheel of 6 wheel passenger bus, and told that dmv would be testing me on several areas at end of 5-6 week training. However, after behind the wheel for less that 5 hours I was called into office for not meeting requirements? I had been given good feedback and not so good but never any warning or feedback that I was under strict expectations of achievement. I was simply trying to get some experience and I was absolutely following instruction. #false advertising

Yeah. I understand. I was nervous-not extremely nervous-but surely they should expect that. I'll communicate as clearly as possible going forward thanks.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like there may have been miscommunication or unclear expectations during the training process. It's important to communicate openly with your employer about your concerns.

Moving forward, you may want to consider seeking opportunities with employers who offer more comprehensive training programs or clearer expectations. Websites like Jobcase, Indeed, and Glassdoor can be helpful resources for finding job opportunities that align with your skills and career goals. Keep networking and applying to positions that match your qualifications. Good luck!
