I finished an assignment at Blyth, Warner Associates performing receptionist duties this past week. In September to October 2017, I accepted and finished a data entry assignment at Geovera Specialty Insurance; from July to August 2017, I filled a dishwasher and server assignment at Paradise Valley Estate; in May of 2017, I completed an eight-day receptionist assignment with SP Johnson Company. Specific duties were to provide telephone and switchboard coverage; relay or redirect calls and messages; handle all incoming and outgoing mail or courier services; filing; light data-entry and shredding/faxing/scanning documents for the client and staff during requisite inter-departmental training. My prior assignments as a Robert Half/Office Team Associate include a variety of same-day (one-day-only); short-term and long-term assignments in the disciplines of data-entry clerk; file clerk; junior admin assistant, and customer/public service. I have been assigned to clients such as Partnership Health Plan of California; Blue Homes; Cycle Gear; Treasury Wine Estates; Touro University; Marcel Schuman/Papyrus; and Star Retailers. The duties that I performed while assigned to these different clients were all of clerical and administrative support nature as described above. The Star Retail assignment included interacting with general public and assisting Sr. Event Coordinator and Director with setting up activity booths; running raffles/distribution of prizes to participants, and tallying up totals at end of event.
