What I love about being in IT is the ability to assist my customers with their computer issues. I started in the field of IT late in life; my passion is with helping customers, rather than being an IT Administrator. While I love learning as I go, practicing what I have learnt in school; I've not had the opportunities to do so, which limits my IT career.
