I am well versed with all CRM functions which include handling customer service issues, serving as a primary contact for customers ordering online and providing Administrative support to the Management. My experience includes reporting directly to the CSR Manager. I also possess strong aptitude with MS Office applications like Access, Excel and PowerPoint, and all versions of Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh, which helps me in organizing tasks. Assist tellers and store personnel in verifying and validating customer data, bank account, check maker and payee financial data. Make phone calls as needed to verify checks, drafts and other forms of financial documents. Preview loan request, verify income, banking and credentials for securing financial trust.
Assist callers with electrical service related issues. Assist Central Dispatch with adequate information on locations and types of outages. Accept orders for connection and disconnection of electrical services as needed. Handled customer inquiries online and by phone.
Assists callers with routine requests, questions and concerns through research and resolution. Research product, service, billing and installation/repair inquiries. Ensures that customers receive the best service possible while processing requests and concerns. Sell wireless services and corresponding products and enhanced services.
