As Marketing Manager it was my responsibility to oversee the development of marketing strategies for several
clients. I assisted in gathering data, and conducted field research on retail site and at point of sale. This required
me to work on the shop floor of my clients, training and working alongside them as they displayed their various
skill sets. I observed these procedures, and recommended improvements as they became necessary.
My clientele were 4 Fortune 500 companies and would come to include
mass market retail. It was there that I acquired my floor retail point of sale skills with clients like Ambassador
Hallmark, and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, the latter requiring me to obtain Certification as a Barrista, which
I enjoyed a great deal.
