systems that were in place for me to ssucceed.Maintaned excellent customer service , over seed inventorie
controls, ordering, food sanitation and Quailty control of food products. I CONTROL LABOR , OVER TIME ,

I trained crew members to succeed and promote into shift managers and shift managers into assistant
managers and also assistant managers into General Manager. When I took over this location in casa grande
it was negative in numbers and I turn this location into a positive place to not only work for but positive bottom
I show leadership I used the systems that were provided for me to turn a negative into a positive .I had a
positive attitude .Hired , trained , motivate , supervised .

hirers , promoting crew to shift and shifts to assistants , also assistance s to restruant managers or General
managers. Turning negative numbers into positive numbers by making the guests happy .
I was top performer in Arizona Region circle of Excellency from 2011 to 2012 , Top performer in Sales, Food
cost and labor.
