*Evaluate and assess underinsured, low income, and minority women that are possibly eligible for LBCHP. To assist them in obtaining needed health care, mammograms, pap smears and guiding to the appropriate treatment.
*Direct education outreach events in the community to facilitate and educate women about access for annual screenings for better health outcomes in life. Connecting women to getting their appointments. Signing the person up for LBCHP.
