I've worked in Technical Support for most of my professional career. Every day is a new learning experience, and I've found that people who know more, get most of the advantages. The other half of success is connecting with people that know more than you do. I also got involved with programming years ago, and I perform Web Development, and Business Consultation for small business. I was hired by BC Forward to fulfil the Contract assignment for Accenture. Duties included basic Technical support for Employees of Companies that were supported by Accenture, for the term of their Contract. Trouble shooting Network Connections for Remote Workers using Virtual Machines, and updating Account information including Password Resets, and ticket requests for service using the Remedy, and ServiceNow web interface.
I was hired by Revana through a company called Teletech for a Position as a Customer Service Rep for "Google My Business", Listings that show up on the Map when people search for the locations. Tasks included troubleshooting technical problems when the listing were not showing, and also verifying the locations of Businesses before they can be listed on the Google Map. The Training for this position was about 4 weeks, and then included 2 weeks of Coaching and Support.

As part of their insurance plan, my task was to assist with the setup and operation of their mobile devices.
