I am a very hands manager and very detailed in my work .My passion is being out on the floor touching tables ,meeting new guests .I enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant because there is never a repetitive and stagnant day ,.There are always ways and things that can be improved on and challenge and change is always good. I work very well as a team leader and peer. I also work well alone when given specific deadlines and tasks I make sure to always follow through on timely fashion and manner. I also go above and beyond my normal duties at my current position (example I handle most of the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant appearance weekly in depth cleaning).
