Infection outreach and preventative measure was provided to @risk population - along with basic strategies
to practice in prevention. I was afforded the opportunity to teach outreach and prevention in the school to the
primary population as well as the private sector reaching 300 plus participants. Diplomacy, tact, empathy and

* Collaboration with the Chicago Public High School Afterschool Matter program along with Access Garfield
Community Health Network paved an opportunity for grass root recruitment of 50 willing volunteers in
participating in how to protect their sexual anatomy through quizzes, skits and group dialogue.
* Compilation of statistical data for the Department of Public Health quarterly reports were created along with
a high school girl empowerment program through Madison Access with 15 willing participant formulating a
group name "NANDI" Never give up, Always accept responsibility, No your strength and weakness, Develop
character and interact positively group purpose to empower peer about safety and prevention. Through
attending weekly group training / meeting NANDI accomplished presenting to the Access Madison physician
and teaching staff. Accomplishment in reaching 500 or more youth by educating about HIV - (Human
