The result is peace of mind and confidence.Position Description: We are looking for a full-time marketing/social media specialist who will use their knowledge to maintain a consistent message across all marketing channels. This role is critical to articulating an effective and cohesive communication strategy to support The Burney Company’s objectives. Primary responsibilities include:· Develop and implement marketing strategies through proactive and effective communications that reflect, reinforce, and promote The Burney Company’s mission and values to drive new client acquisition.· Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging HubSpot, SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, and events to drive client acquisition.· Monitor, post, and report on social networks, optimizing our SEO tactics, and executing HubSpot driven marketing.The ideal applicant will have relevant work experience in web and social media marketing, and brand development/management. Should possess strong knowledge of the physical and digital media landscapes, including all of the major social media sites. Must be detail-oriented and hands-on with tasks and branding activities of the company in support of its mission and goals. Required Qualifications:BA/BS degree2-3 years of hands-on experience in content management/social mediaDemonstrated experience using HubSpot Marketing and Sales HubDemonstrated work with SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics and Website maintenanceMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsResults driven and trustworthySelf-motivated and able to work independentlyExperience in the Financial Industry is not required but would be beneficialCompensation/Benefits: · Base Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE · Profit Share: up to 25% bonus on base salary based on profitability and goals · 401k(PSP): Automatic 15% contribution direct to 401k · Health Insurance: 99% covered by company · HSA: Annual contribution made by company · Vacation policy: Open - required to take 2 weeks per year · Laptop: Mac or PC provided · Financial Planning Service: Gratis to employee and discounted to family members
