I can see an employee getting you fired, but not firing you. I can see another manager requesting you to be termed.

I agree that isn't the whole story since a employee can't fire another employee

If you have to post this to a job forum to ask, you probably don’t have a job. Why would you listen to a coworker who tells you that the supervisor is going to fire you? That’s just wild.

Only someone who has the authority to hire you can fire you. Confirm this with your manager &, if you weren't, report the employee to overstepped their boundaries. The may be in trouble.

I believe you should be contacting your immediate supervisor or Human Resources for the answer to your employment status. That’s a question for them!

Should be a Manager not your Supervisor was a Discipline Process taking place prior like a written warning or last & final prior only speaking from working in California

Something isn't adding up. Unless the employee is your supervisor, they can't fire you. So what are you not telling us?

You were fired by another employee? Does she have the right to do this? Is she in a position to fire you? If you answer yes, then you lost your job. You can go to HR and find out if that is the case.
