Here is a profoundly quick but penetrating, revolutionary 4-part series on the postmodern reality employers need to understand and recruit REAL people with honest experience. The wide disconnect between employer fantasy expectations versus candidate credentials has droned on in the marketplace far too long enough. The loss of the middle class among American employees can't withstand the debts, pain and insecurities anymore. Spread awareness now and become part of the solution. Part 1: Human Archetypes. Part 2: Myth-Busting. Part 3: Who Can You Trust?. Part 4: Attraction Etiquette. #EmployerBlackHole https://geniuscareer.home.blog/2019/03/15/recruiting-the-right-job-candidate-part-1-human-archetypes/

In 2019 employers face allot of indoctrinated millennial's that are corrupted by social interests and an aging workforce that they feel may not live long enough to get full value from them or the image doesn't fit the brand. so it is a competitive market the key is to bring value to the employer void of personal interests or belief systems or political drama or fabricated self worth. Just bring honest Value to the table in your capabilities and your skill sets. I would hire a GED student over a Harvard Graduate if he / she could provide a body of work proven and tried and could show me the skill sets I needed to advance my ambitions and my business. So would most business owners. Problem is in 2019 everyone is entitled and it's hard to find the people with value to get the job done. You just need to be a person that brings value to the employer and have a body of work to prove your claims and you will get hired.

Complaining about the job market won't change it. Calling your representative about it and the national debt certainly will.

Many people could see that some employers just advertising themselves on famous job boards and so called "job positions" remain unfilled for a half year period. It's common for any country, not just US. That's why there is a BIG necessity to create a real job board so that people could get a job offer in a couple of days or weeks instead of whole year of job searching, so that employers that overestimate themselves just would stay off road.

Work at Work

Well the problem is the "root of all evil" as it's been called - Money! Employers value the profit more than people - More so now than ever- at one point in time your blue collar worker was appreciated and even respected for the fact that they were the driving force in keeping a business running - They were on the front line. Now days, people are just replaceable numbers, nothing more. Applications in paper or data form are right there for the employer to pick from, bring in and offer less hours and money, again to increase their profit. The turnover in companies these days, from what I read, is up 485% from what it was 25 years ago. That's just sad. The revolving door not only seems to be accepted now, it seems to have become a required practice among many employers. They can pay low wages, keep part time hours, not have to offer benefits - this is our world now. Incredibly sad.

This is great Danielle Sauter - I do think that there is a disconnect between employers and employees that far too often potential employees have to gap.

Thanks for sharing this series!
