Costco has always been progressive about employee benefits. They were doing $15 hr minimum wages for almost 20 years now. A two-parent home can literally raise a small family on Costco salaries and live a decent life. Somehow, Wal-Mart still hasn't gotten the message.

Thank you for sharing yes a lot of organizations are offering tuition reimbursement sign on bonuses and all kinds of things to get people back to work it’s a good time to be looking for a job good salaries good benefits etc.
