@Alyssa McLellan on the Jobcase team shared that her mom leaves snacks and water outside for delivery drivers to take when they drop off packages. I loved this. And now do it myself, What other ideas are out there to brighten the day of Frontline workers who take care of us all? Or, if you are a frontline worker- what examples do you have of customers who brightened your day. Please share and help us all figure out how best to brighten each other’s day.

Always be sure that you tell a coworker how good they are doing. Give tips and tricks that you have learned. A nice smile and humorous attitude is welcome by everyone. We live in stressful times so share the load, you will reap the rewards. Thanks,Ford

Working in restaurants I always felt like the best gift people in the Customer Service industry could give and receive is patience! Now, more than ever, we've learned how to adapt and overcome when things don't work out as planned - and giving each other grace and kindness through it really makes a difference! A fat tip always helps too, but customers who recognize that we are all human and doing our best are amazing to have! 💕

I know in my experience in construction and manufacturing, praise, a lunch here and there. Acknowledgement. Little things that let you know you are appreciated goes a long way. Doesn't have to be material items. Just a thank you.

I love showing appreciation. Always makes little gift boxes for street cleaning and mailman on our street. They are truly wonderful to keep our community safe and alive.

I was driving ubereat for a while and a big tip and great reviews are always the best.
