Depending on who you are interviewing with! But be prepared to tell them about challenges you've had with customers and how you handled it, highlight how you are working in customer settings and stressful situation, laugh and cut up, it is very true they cut your hours from tons down to hardly anything I just left them on the 19th and when I started I was getting enough hours and when I left I was getting maybe 12 a week! They won't offer you a full time spot you have to keep check on workday and see if a full time spot has opened then apply for it and interview with that hiring manager the people you work with are great and it is nice to have everyone you get along with but your not gonna get hours worth shit

Make sure you are clear on your work schedule especially if you are part time. They cut my hours from 20 to 5 and didn't offer me a F/T position which I was qualified for so I quit. Ask about hourly rate and how often you get reviewed. I was there for 2 years and never had a review. I personally would not work there

During your interview at Lowe's, make sure to highlight your relevant experience, skills, and enthusiasm for customer service. Be prepared to discuss how you have handled challenging situations in the past, and demonstrate your knowledge of Lowe's products and services. Remember to also ask thoughtful questions about the company culture and opportunities for growth. Good luck! If you need more tips, check out resources on Jobcase and other job search providers.
