I am fortunate enough to be getting the interviews but no offers. I have over 20years experience and I for I wasn't a cultural fit. WTF! To me that is prejudice! How do I get around this? I'm not ready to be put out to pasture. Any ideas?

Hi Lynne, Have you been following up with thank you notes after your interviews? If not, this could be something that really helps put you over the top among the candidates they have interviewed.
