I had worked for a Company that went by the name (Smart Innovation Express) My title position was Inventory Specialist. I never formally applied for this position; I was contacted by the HR dept. who said that they viewed my resume on one of the online job sites, and wanted to hire because of my work history, I appeared to be great fit. the position was Remote Work. I was sent an Offer Letter in which I accepted. I was informed that it would be a 30-day probationary period, and I would be paid for the 30 at the end of that 30 days. I was also informed that at the end of the probationary period I would be considered for a permanent position. Well, if you are thinking that my next sentence would be I didn't get paid or hired. You have thought correctly. Never received any pay. And when I called the company which was supposed to be in California. The same person who said that were HR answered the phone then after I identified who I was, they hung the phone up. and never answer again. 30 days of wasted time and fake employment. #advice
