It is the white male that has the least chance of being hired, the government and big business has set it up that way. Maybe to stop all the rioting, pillaging and burning of cities oh yea and the attack on innocent white and Asian people.

@Sally Molina Great statement, I was unsure myself but I learned that it is just because companies have quotas to fill when they are interviewing people. I don't think that they are trying to discriminate against people.

No, it only happens if your white and male. Those questions are voluntary. Anyway and shouldn’t even be asked my opinion.
