Generally, we won't wait "until the popcorn cooks."

We remove it from the microwave after 30-45 seconds tops, or perhaps 1 minute, when the instructions clearly states 2 or 4 minutes at best in Microwaves.

CASE AND POINT: Put your resume out there in the Microwave of Life and let it cook for 2 - 4 minutes or months for preparedness.

This is one way of getting the job you need versus the one you want.
