My boss has said things about my age over the last year but I never wrote them down. I probably should have because it would be his word against mine if I ever decided to go to HR. I am 64

If you live in a right to work state as I do. I suggest you start documenting date, times, what was said, who said it & keep your intent to yourself just in case you have to file an EEOC claim & that way you can at least get a severance out of your humiliation & your boss' behavior.
