I saw this online this morning and thought I'd share it here. So many of us are starting over. Some of us forced to do so. Some of us choosing to do so.
For whatever reason -there is plenty of reason to be excited not scared about it. In entrepreneurship we often talk about how failures are just a path to success. Each time a journey ends, or experiment fails -there is learning. The only sad thing would be if one did not build on that learning.
So if you are in the start-over camp. You got this!

It's WORSE having to start from "scratch" when you're 50 years old with all that time under your belt, and several university degrees which all predated your Felony. This is eleventy zillion times WORSE than actually being "re-born" would be (like "the Doctor" in "Doctor Who.")

Some of us get fired with the legitimate reason of “ “ signed and dated by the company, on my fking job separation forums. Last 6 years have been the same also. Anyways the experience I found is if you aren’t the Boss of yourself you’re Fired for Working your Hardest because you threaten the bosses friends and coworkers jobs the harder you work. So don’t be you’re own boss and stop getting played.

Im a nurse currently looking for a remote position.
My father Suffered from a company tanking when I was a Kid, he has multiple Degrees in engineering and electronics. and Now the Degrees have changed from what they were 30 years ago when he applied at relatable jobs they told him his degrees didn't count because they want a doctorate now instead of masters for the same position etc. he ended up Stocking shelf at a grocery store the rest of his working life. I didn't understand it until I got older and ran into similar situations that made me question the entire Employee employer Debt based economy that the hierarchy feeds us and Trys to lie to us in saying it is working we aren't crushing the working class by having them born into a debt they will never be able to pay off. that he really did do everything he could and "the man" just broke his back physically and metaphorically." that being said you can always get back out and get back to it but i say do it for yourself Make your own place in the world because The giants will call and ask you you're worth and if you give them an inch they will try to take a mile.
