Doing any hiring? I'm working but mim wage is not enough I can do many things but set behind a desk on a computer I can build cook wire house lay brick sow wash clothes dishes hunt fish be nice get along with others I'm needing to make more money

That's messed up. Why would anyone want to work for that piece of shit..I would never. He called every one that. Do you think someone is going to work for free. I don't think so. I would go higher then indeed... I would take it up with the work in force.. bc he won't ever start a business again.

Who knows who's right, but I do believe the employer is legally required to pay his employee, whether he thinks the employee deserves it or not. Some employees do fail to do the work they were hired to do, but many employers make false accusations to avoid paying their employees their wages or unemployment compensation. They just consider it good business practice. Many verbally curse or otherwise verbally abuse their employees, but don't believe the employees should have the right to quit.

Both seem to be angry however I definitely don't feel that the response was very professional for an employer. Just that alone would raise concerns.
