
When an issue arises in the work place do you think it would be better to try and resolve it yourself or head straight to HR?

If I can with out going out side the chain of command in the rule book The HR personnel,is the one that was hired for that purpose Free

Try to go in Chang of command

First analyze the problem and try to solve it if it is within my means, but know how to present it to human resources to find a solution thats does not generate conflicts.

I Would try to work it out myself!!!

It depends on the situation. Most small issues and hiccups can be easily resolved if there's enough information and know how. HR if it is a serious issue.
If I feel competent that I could resolve the issue, I would make that effort.
