Look I'm 38 and until recently have NEVER had an in person interview and not gotten the job.. I've had 3 interviews in the last 2 months (over 40 applications) n ive called back most of em over and over, none have called back.. bills are starting to stack wife works full time but can't afford everything by herself..

Do you have the right qualifications?can you retrain for different job are you getting a bad reference from other employers? Take a lower paying job until you find the one you want job market is bad right now

You're getting some interviews... Maybe you need to send out MORE applications - a poster here suggests 25 every week.
What type of everything do you do?

I think many of those facing big difficulties may be omitting to get their resumes, ATS compliant.. ATS is the tracking system many big and mid size companies use to preselect candidates. It identifies some keywords relevant to the job and if your resume doenst hav'em you're out... To get them fit, you can use free programs like jobscan or resumeworded. And then for quicker cash, you can always try Taskrabbit, Craigslist for quick side hustles like moving or gardening help. Driver jobs like in Ubear or doordash.
And AI companies that hire based on simple open book quizzes after you study their guides for the project you pick.
Appen, Telus International, We Localize and Liveaops work like that. Fancy Hands has an easy only quiz for va role but its sporadic work at the beginning
@Devin Fosnaugh I recommend getting your Class A license. Commercial drivers can make in between $70k-$130k annually. Since you’re in Montebello I can tell you how to work for a carrier hauling out the Long Beach ports where I work. In the meantime I recommend creating accounts with gig jobs like Uber, Lyft, and DoorDash for quick cash. Look on Craigslist for jobs as well. CL has been very reliable for me for job searching.
