I just encountered another blunder. Has anyone interviewed with a HR Director, felt like the two interviews went great, then were literally emailed daily for a few days being told to send times available asap to discuss the interview. I have since emailed twice a day and called a few times..I have stared at my phone and even had to pay a babysitter 4 different times to watch my kids during the periods I said I was available [basically all afternoon]. Is she interviewing more hoping for someone better but keeping me just in case? I really wanted to work for this company but the communication seems one way...I don't want to seem desperate but I want the job! Why wont she just call or email me and let me know what is happening!??
