Did you hear?? Santa Clause may not be coming to your town this year 🎅

Reports show that there has been a significant spike in demand this year, but a decrease in those willing to be a Santa's helper.

"Santas are typically older men who are in a higher risk category for complications if they contract COVID-19. That has some hanging up their beard and boots."

So it seems that no matter how naughty or nice you've been this past year, Santa may not be hurrying down any chimneys this holiday season...

What are YOUR thoughts on this nationwide Santa Shortage?? Share in the comments below!

The kids don't have to sit on Santa's lap. They can talk to Santa behind Plexiglas 6 feet away.

Perhaps there might be a need for people to do community service by being a Santa Clausethis Thanksgiving and Christmas season?

It is kind of amazing that the corona virus has affected our holiday seasons so much. I don't think the movie A Christmas Story could be released this Thanksgiving and Christmas season due to the corona virus.

I am not sure if this relates. But I remember in high school at least here in San Antonio, I would volunteer for this community service project called Elf Louise. I did not have tohave to donate any toys, but I did have spend some time volunteering by gift wrapping the presents. I remember doing this at least for a few hours before Thanksgiving in my junior year for the National Honor Society.

Sadly, the program creator of Elf Louise was actually uninsured and let go after I had graduated from college.

What's wrong with everyone? First it's not about Santa and gifts. Second aren't we in the new age technology? How about computer to computer? Tell the child he/she gets a personal interview with their Santa. Then make a recording (so the parent knows what was asked for). Funny how a child will open up to a computer and not the actual person.
