Someone should enlighten employers not to practice age discrimination against people who are 55 - 60+ years old. I mean, isn't it against the law?

I'm glad my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has my back and will provide the right job for me. #ageism #jobsearch #discrimination

We’re too experienced. Why pay us (knowledgeable ppl) when they can pay a less experienced person much less. What I’m seeing from where I sit. Don’t take “no” for an answer!!

Of course age discrimination along with any other type of discrimination is against the law. But prove it!! It's very hard to which is why they get away with it.

I cannot tell you how many resumes I have sent out over the past year - one asked questions about what year I graduated high school and another had a list of do your receive...disability, blah blah, and then social security appeared on this application.

I turned 60 and was placed on the "not eligible for rehire" list at Wells Fargo. They assured me that it wasn't age discrimination.......you betcha. 🤔
