Today, I walked in and said “woof I’m exhausted.”
Came back to my desk after a meeting to this… thank you @Yiming Shuang #coworker #workhelp

I think at least in my last time I worked ful time, one of the co-workers told me what he thought about the head management.

I was really taken by one of the clinicians who was kind to me.

Gave me a reality check when I needed it! Sometimes egos and emotions get high when you're in a highly competitive toxic workplace. I can admit there were times my directness came across harsh and borderline rude. She made me aware of my tone. I had to be held accountable, apologize and be more mindful of how I address people and situations.

The lazy ones quit.. I appreciate that 😂 Seriously tho

corrected someone who was telling others incorrect things about you. It happened to me... i new nothing and an assistant who i felt i had been more than fair with was talking about my decisions... he was passed over for my job. I met with him, told him what i had been told by a reliable source and he denied it... i said, ok, so what have you said or done that might have been interpreted that way... He worked at finding answers that worked and he didn't do it again to my knowledge.

The best thing one co-worker did was help me find a better job. After I found something better the coworker left the old job for something new too. Beyond a coworker a lifetime friend due to that help.

Team work makes the dream work

I had a conflict with a parent I had to deal with that shook me up in front of my kids I worked with and went to get a coworker. They handled everything with kids. Including explaining the situation.

A few of my coworkers bought me a card with some money in it and a coffee mug when my Mom died.
Kai, you really said woof, it made me smile anyway. Thanks Ford
