Don't do it!!! I was employed with them for almost a year. The pay was horrible, the management worse (extremely unprofessional) and you have to work before and after EVERY major holiday. Not to mention that I was released over the telephone while running a 103 degree fever because I refused to come into work. I have owned 4 businesses, managed 150 people at American Express and am degreed, and as I am semi- retired was looking for a part time position.This was a very disappointing experience. No doubt Hallmark would be ashamed if they were aware.
