Thinking about quitting your job? Do these 3 things...
Here are 3 key things to consider before quitting your job:
See details on these three points.
Last time you quit a job, what was your situation? #Iquit #YouDoYou #NextJob
It's important to always be nice. You never know how people come back into your life, for better for worse. AND it's the right thing to do.
Never burn bridges. Then you can't go over them again
I love my job but I don't like as much the crew team not all of them but some of them, I had a conversation with my boss , I told him I can't work on sundays and be clear about my schedule cuz when I applied my schedule was from 8 am to 1pm but lately I was staying 3pm sometimes 4pm , but now I can't do that anymore, he was ok with that but I'm afraid he changed his mind, im getting tired working there I do what I can to help my boss , we clean the restaurant and make it look better but some employees don't respect our job , they don't care , they make a mess, I clean everyday when I go to work and the next day it's a big mess and dirty even I hurt my arm because I was scrubbing the restaurant floor and nobody cares, what should.i do? I told my boss but he said he is working on to get new people idk it's gonna come true I hope so
I love my job but I don't like as much my co workers , they don't care anyone's job, I help my boss to clean the restaurant but they don't keep clean , we wasted our energy for nothing , idk what to do I'm tired, I hurt my arm cuz I cleaned so much but nobody cares , the next day when I went to work it was a big mess, disgusting and so dirty , the walls.with salsa. The sink with trash idk how many times I have to clean the thing, inspection is coming one of those days and im.worried , im.tired idk what to do
That’s wholly dependent on what’s unfolding. If you’re being subjected to harassment/retaliation, then it may not be wise to tip your cards. I have that experience.
When I quit my most recent job, it was due to moving out of state after getting married. My boss was happy for me, but disappointed at the same time. She said she needed a letter of resignation for the file. After I wrote it, she said it was the nicest one she ever read and that it made her cry.
Thank you. If you choose me, i will work hard for you. please hire me.
If you have a job to replace the one your leaving, great.Being unemployed is very hard! Good luck with the choice you make,Ford
Exactly right, explain why you're leaving in advance, in some cases a good manager may seek to retain an "overlooked" very good employee, offer of increased salary, new position etc can occur, as a former employer my team went above and beyond to retain proven top performers when possible. Never be afraid to out perform others in the work place
I’ve been in toxic work environments. However, I’ve learned to always have another job lined up or another supplemental source of income. Being unemployed is very difficult.
