Answer questions in a way that tells your story during a job interview! How can you do this?

Prepare 3 to 5 stories in advance by mapping out exactly what you want to share and what you want the employer to know about you. When you mention a trait back it up with a specific example and prove it. Remember not to ramble, keep it short and to the point!

I always remember the debates between Nixon and Kennedy.If you read the debates you would have thought Nixon won . Seeing him sweat and Kennedy cool gave a different outcome

I call this my "story bank -- a bunch of examples that I use somehow, even if the question isn't related. You know, like politicians 🙂

I like the point about researching the interviewer, looking at their social media, and use the info to connect with them personally.
