I would like to still be employed there. I have more tech experience than customer service. I made modifications to the things that I had of my own, to reduce latency and to maintain a constant contact with there virtual desktop. But since they didn't want you to alter the information on there computer. I used my computer at the same time. talk about multi tasking.
