I have a history of always getting a great annual performance review. There was a new supervisor hired, and she now continually puts on my interview that I need to improve in teamwork. I always help any one who asks, and I always help others when I see they can use a hand. However, doing all this help has left me with repetitive motion injuries and I had to slow down due to the problem. I no longer rotate to different areas of operation because of the injuries. I have had discussions with my supervisor about this, and she consistently compares other employees to me to justify this behavior trait. It is almost time for the annual review again, what can I do to stop this pattern ?
