One thing i most like to share is a strong team building among the staff throgh weekly experience sharing success and challenge the sought within a week. It is done always on monday mornning before resuming their daily rotine. Secondly encourage staff member to establish social committe to spare few times tocreat events and socialize themselfs and assist each other on personal. Issues if any.
