Are you feeling anxious at work lately? Or do you feel that your coworkers have been more tense or sensitive? A study examines the post-COVID anxiety, uncertainty and irritability at the workplace. We are seeing lots of members talking about their fears and anxieties as well. What are your tips to cope with stress?

I think it helps to learn how to control your anxiety. I like to listen to classical music, especially Pachabel's Cannon, which calms down my nerves.

A dedicated customer service rep with an extraordinary personality and ambition.

When I feel like I'm becoming overwhelmed I like to take time to myself by myself listening to music, meditate, or just jot things down in my journal. Also watching Asmr videos can help or just venting to a close friend or family member.

Does your company have an employee assistance program or EAP #. To call for assistance check into it and try it or look up on google the friendship line and call and talk out your anxiety. Hope this helps God bless!

When I feel overwhelmed by anxiety, i'll take some personal time and focus on breathing. It's amazing how much focusing on your breath can help. And exercise!
