The Company

Vault Health has been at the forefront of men’s health and when the COVID-19 hit our country our leaders knew they needed to act fast to help. By partnering with RUCDR Infinite Biologics (now Infinity Biologix) and Spectrum Solutions, Vault was able to provide the first FDA authorized saliva-based test for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, to our communities. Our test is a physician ordered and reported saliva-based test, which has the same accuracy as swab-based tests. We offer both virtual and onsite tests to our patients.

Job Summary

  • 100% Remote/work from home opportunity (you can be located anywhere within US)

  • 5 openings

  • Start Date: 01/10/22 to 04/09/22 (or longer)

  • Contract length: 2-6 months

  • Pay rate: DOE ( depends upon experience)

About the Role: We're looking for a Public and Enterprise Health Associate who is excited to connect with current and prospective customers and to deliver exceptional service. In this role, you will think on your feet to devise creative solutions to problems that arise or escalate, as appropriate. You will field calls and messages from customers and work with various teams including operations, medical teams, and vendors to provide an incredible end-to-end customer experience.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher is required

•1 - 3 yrs Call Center or Contact Center work experience (0 to 1 year related internship experience will be considered)

•1-3 years experience in a Customer Service (CS) or Health Associate role

•Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required

• Excellent communication skills ( listening, empathy, kindness) to interact with consumers

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed

•Full Covid19 vaccination

• Applicants must be already authorized to work in the US for any employer

I'm bilingual, english/Spanish, as far as customer service experience def a plus n lastly must admit don't have a bachelor's degree but should since I've been queen of damage control for many other jobs just were temps tho. Please consider me for the position, thanks.
