With your extensive experience in Supply Chain and Lean Manufacturing, you could consider applying for higher-level Production Supervisor roles in larger organizations where you can leverage your expertise to drive efficiency and performance. Additionally, you may want to explore opportunities to teach Lean principles or offer consulting services to organizations looking to improve their operations.

Make sure to highlight your qualifications, experience, and accomplishments on Jobcase, as well as other job search platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor. Networking within industry associations and reaching out to recruitment agencies specializing in manufacturing roles could also help you land a higher paying job.
