These emails look like all advertisements I have never gotten a job offline I've always went in to talk to the manager in charge. So let that be a lesson for all. I'll bet saying this will probably be the same outcome zero.

I don't know Halah. I am in the same situation that you are in, as well. I had a job interview on Friday. I waited nearly a hour and a half before I got interviewed. In the between the time I was waiting, I saw one of the hiring managers talking to the administrative assistant saying she couldn't really hire anyone except for a few positions. Little did I know that that was the same hiring manager who would hire me about 45 minutes to an hour later.

I have the same question, I've applied to MANY "urgently hiring" places and gotten rejected, even after waiting and re applying after the sign is still up...

I'm surprised you were able to ask for a manager , get a manager , and get a job that quick. Most are told there is an online process for applicants and some even offer a place where a computer is set up so you can do it right then. I suppose it's all in where you are applying.

I have seen that too. Probably they are hiring friends or something and they have to demonstrate they advertised the job.

Recruiters receive alot of applications so sometimes they don't even read some of them

I gotten online jobs before. But this really is some bs no one responds and they blow up my dang email on a daily.
