I got rejected on Wednesday by SSDI. I read only 30% of their applications get accepted on the first try. After 5 months, ssa.gov sent me a form letter letting me know I may not be able to work my previous job, but that this did not mean I could not work (I applied for eight months before getting a call back from my temp agency). My doctor told me to appeal (i.e. he would continue to do nothing). On their resubmit screen, SSDI even had the gall to ask me if I live with my doctor!
